SPRING 2026 | INFORMATION & TIMELINE
The Minnesota Academy League will kick off its 2nd season in the Spring 2026 with two competitive options: a traditional league schedule (8-10 matches) or a State Cup Qualifying mini-league (3 games). Both formats are open to girls and boys teams at U8-U19. Minnesota Youth Soccer sanctions the MAL, and U13-U19 teams will be state-cup eligible (USYS).

- November 21, 2025 - Gotsport team registration closes
- January 16, 2026 - Draft Schedule shared with clubs
- January 30, 2026 - Final schedule uploaded to Gotsport | Clubs start scheduling (time/venue) home games in Gotsport
- March 20, 2026 - Last Day for clubs to input schedule into Gotsport. Gotsport Schedule is LOCKED for the Spring season
- April 7, 2026 -Opening Day of Spring Season
- June 30, 2026 - Last Day of Spring Season
