Welcome to our Inaugural 2019 CPL Super Cup. We look forward to seeing you this weekend. You  will need the following forms  for check in at this weekend's CPL Super Cup (see below for these two forms).
  • Release Form
  • Roster
Before playing your first game please make sure and drop a copy of each of these forms by CPL Super Cup Headquarters. During the tournament make sure to always have a copy of your roster with you. Referees will only need to see your roster only when a player or coach has been sent off.

Double check the following divisions for any schedule changes or updates.
  • U9 Boys Premiership
  • U10 Boys Premiership
